Booking Conditions

All prices are per person and day, including breakfast buffet excluding local tax (€ 2.20 per person/day from 15 years on).

Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am

Room service - no room service on wednesday.

Children's discount:

0 - 2 yrs. old 100% discount
3 – 8 yrs. old 50% discount
9 – 14 yrs. old 30% discount

Short stay surcharge € 10 per room for up to 4 nights.

Pets allowed only upon request

Dogs: 15 € per day (without food). We kindly ask you not to bring your dog into the breakfast room and the wellness area.

Deposit: 30% of the total amount after completion of the booking

Payment options: cash, bank transfer, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard)

Card payments from € 50,--.

The general terms and conditions for the hotel industry (AGBH) apply.

Our hotel is completely non-smoking!

Smoking is allowed only on the balcony of the hotel rooms while the balcony doors are closed. If you do not comply with this rule, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of € 100.

Room type and amenities may vary.

Cancellation conditions:

If for any other reason you unfortunately have to cancel your vacation with us, our regular cancellation conditions apply:

• Up to 2 month before arrival you can cancel free of charge.
• From 2 months to 1 month before arrival the cancellation fee is 50% of the price.
• From 1 month to 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the price.
• From 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 90% of the price.
• In case of border closures, officially imposed hotel closures or a renewed lockdown by the government, no cancellation fees will be charged.

Travel insurance:

To save you costs and hassle, we recommend the Hotel Cancellation Premium insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung, which also includes mountain rescue and accident costs. And especially now in Corona times, it is quite important that this illness is also covered at no extra charge.

Covid-19 regulations and cancellation conditions:

In case of border closures, travel warnings for Tyrol, officially imposed hotel closures or in case of a renewed lockdown by the government, we offer you as our guests the following alternatives:

1.) You rebook your vacation to another period. In this case the deposit would stay in the hotel and be used for the newly booked vacation.

2.) You cancel your vacation with us free of charge. In this case, we will of course immediately transfer the deposit back to you. For this we need your account details (IBAN and BIC). In case of border closures by the government during your vacation, you can of course leave at any time and the remaining booked days will be cancelled free of charge.
